The explanation regarding the documents requested by the German Embassy for students who will apply for a visa within the scope of Erasmus+ internship mobility is presented below for your information:
- Document on how to make a living
- If the university in Turkey cannot confirm the entire amount of the incentive (currently 750 EURO) (for example, if the student undertakes all or part of the payment), the parents' or applicant's bank statements with sufficient balance are accepted (according to the letter stating the grant amount by the University, additional financial documents will be shown).
- Receipts for newly deposited account balances shortly before the application is made are not accepted.
- There is no requirement to open a blocked account (Sperrkonto).
- Document on where to stay during the internship period in Germany
- The document on where the student will be accommodated must be included in the application documents.
- Learning Agreement for Traineeships
- On the 2nd page of the LAfT (Commitment) document, the signature of the Erasmus internship place, the university in Turkey and the institution where the internship will take place in Germany is required.
- Additional signatures are not required on each page of the LAfT.
- The signature and stamp of the university in Turkey must be presented in LAfT in original form.
